Site Selection

Our event planners can assist you in securing a location for your event. Call us for a location brochure filled with historic mansions, halls and banquet rooms in Washington, Maryland and Virginia.

Beverages

Marco Polo can provide all of your beverage needs. We can provide full bars with premium brand liquors or beer, wine and soda bars all packaged to suit your needs and budget. We can also arrange for bar set ups and have an extensive wine list for you to choose from to compliment your menu. Please contact our banquet department to discuss your needs.

Equipment Rental

Marco Polo will provide all the tables, chairs, dance floors, linens, china and glassware necessary for the set up of the room. Room rental charges do apply. Call our banquet department for further information.

Audio Visual Needs

Marco Polo can provide the following for your presentation needs.

TV and VCR – $30.00
Microphone – $15.00
Video Screen – $15.00

Please call our banquet department for any other special needs and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Service Personnel

Marco Polo will provide a sufficient number of waiters for your party to ensure our usual high standard of service. We charge 20% gratuity for waiters. We also charge $30.00 per hour with a four hour minimum for bartenders and cashiers, if needed.
